Letts Construction delivered the Mastertech Marine Workshop & Showroom, featuring a 26.0m x 12.0m 4 bay workshop with an integrated 58m² office and reception area.

The build includes a 12.0m x 4.0m canopy at the end of the structure, providing additional covered space. Constructed with a roll-formed steel structure and structural steel portals, the mono-pitch design offers a 4.8m knee height on the lower side and 5.82m on the high side, perfect for marine servicing and showroom functionality.
