Letts Construction delivered a high-profile 270m² commercial build for MotoCity, designed to showcase vehicles in a clean, modern space.

The project included the construction of a 18.0m x 15.0m clearspan structure, providing open display areas ideal for showcasing stock. High-visibility shopfront joinery was installed to maximise street appeal and natural light, while suspended ceilings and ceiling tiles were used throughout to create a polished, professional finish suitable for a high-traffic retail environment.
