Pacific Coast Village Pool Pavilion

Letts Construction proudly delivered a 387m² pool and wellness pavilion for Pacific Coast Village, completed ahead of schedule. The 30.0m x 10.0m Pool Pavilion features a heated 25-metre indoor pool, separate spa, and a 21.18m x 4.5m attached gym, foyer, and washrooms. A 20.0m x 2.0m covered terrace was also designed to provide a relaxing transition to the outdoor sun deck.

Finished with Shiplap Cedar direct-fix weatherboards and 70 x 20 Cedar battens, the structure blends natural materials with contemporary design to create a welcoming and resort-style community space.
