Letts Construction delivered the full build of Putauaki Village, a purpose built 96 bed accommodation facility near Edgecumbe, designed to support the region’s growing horticultural workforce.

Developed over two stages, the 1,345m² complex includes eight modern accommodation blocks, two spacious communal recreation areas, a gym, laundry, kitchens, and shared bathrooms, built to meet the latest standards. A separate, modernised three-bedroom cottage provides on-site manager housing.

The project was completed to Southern Cross Horticulture’s specifications and now supports both RSE workers and backpackers with high-quality, long-term accommodation.
