Letts Construction, in partnership with Belvedere Construction, delivered a 2,079m² purpose-built equestrian facility featuring a 21m x 46m clearspan covered riding arena.

The structure includes timber-framed offices, changing rooms, bathrooms, laundry, and a viewing gallery, with 14 individual covered horse stalls along the exterior. Built on thirty 5m-deep concrete piles and fitted with ten 500mm spinning roof vents, this facility is designed for durability, function, and year-round community use.
