From Concept to Completion

Our Building Process

1. Initial Consultation

In the initial phases, we will begin with a consultation to understand your project’s goals, vision, and budget. This is your opportunity to share ideas, ask questions, and outline your expectations for your new home.

2. Concept Design

Next, we will translate your ideas provided in the initial consultation and develop your vision into a concept design. This stage includes sketches or preliminary plans that reflect your home’s style, needs, and functional requirements.

3. Detailed Planning

Once the concept design is approved, we will start the working drawings and detailed planning of your project. Upon confirmation of the finishes the plans are officially priced and presented to the council to obtain the necessary consent. A timeline for the construction phase is provided.

4. Construction

With plans and approvals in place, construction begins. The team at Letts Construction will manage all aspects of the project, maintaining high standards of workmanship and clear communication throughout the project.

5. Project Completion

Upon completion, we will conduct a thorough walkthrough to ensure every detail meets our standards and yours. We will then hand over the keys so you can enjoy your new home.
