Sean
Originally from England, Sean immigrated to New Zealand with his wife Rachel in May 2013. Sean has worked in the business since 2016 and was tasked with launching the Letts Reinforcing division. He has been in the hot seat as General Manager since April 2019. Away from the busy day job Sean enjoys spending time with his young family.
Rob
Rob has owned Letts Construction for 22 years and works in a dual role as Quantity Surveyor / Sales. Rob has a wealth of knowledge of the construction industry backed with practical experience. In his spare time, Rob‘s happy place is his workshop (built by Letts of course), where you’ll find him working on his rally car or some other fix-it project.
Phil
Phil likes to make things happen and enjoys variety in his working life. He gets exactly that in his professional life as Letts Construction’s Project Manager. His focus is predominantly on steel construction buildings within the commercial and rural sector. Clients, building crews and subcontractors are all people he liaises with in his working day. Phil’s passion outside work is driving his rally car in the NZ Rally Championship, which takes him all over the country. You can follow his progress at the Campbell Rallysport Facebook page.
Karen
Dealing with the financial administration aspects of a bustling construction business keeps Karen busy in her working life. Permits to Council also fall within her mandate. Karen enjoys her wide variety of work and can’t recall any dull moments in more than ten years at Letts. Outside of work, Karen enjoys going to concerts and having fun with family and friends.
Michael
Michael is our Reinforcing Detailer. He has a vast knowledge within the Reinforcing industry both in Australia and New Zealand. Michael has his head immersed in plans on a daily basis estimating and detailing. Outside of work Michael enjoys meeting people, spending quality time with his family and cycling as much as possible
Erica
Erica started in April 2022 as Construction Administrator and recently moved into the role of Project Co-ordinator. She is passionate about construction and is currently studying for her Diploma in Construction part-time. Erica enjoys the variety of the role and listening to the clients to ensure their needs are met. Outside of work Erica enjoys spending time with her family and fur baby, exploring new places, watching sport, and being outdoors.
Hayley
Hayley derives much satisfaction from doing things that benefit other people, keeping her client’s needs at the forefront of what she does means that our customers have a seamless experience from start to finish. Hayley has an infectious energy and enthusiasm that brings great positivity in and around the office, this shows when she is building strong relationships with our clientele that sees them coming back regularly. Hayley has a thirst to learn and acquire additional knowledge so she can bring innovation/new ideas into the business. Outside of work Hayley enjoys spending time with her young family, going to the gym and reading a great book with a glass of wine in hand.
